小儿气管支气管异物2255例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 2255 children with tracheal foreign body

目的 探讨小儿气管、支气管异物的取出方法和治疗效果。方法 回顾分析了 1976年 1月至 2 0 0 1年12月我科治疗的 2 2 55例小儿气管、支气管异物的处理过程。结果 2 2 50例 (99.77% )在全麻或表麻下经直接喉镜和 /或支气管镜成功取出 ,5例死亡。结论 对小儿气管异物、支气管异物术者应熟练掌握气管、支气管解剖 ,术前正确判断和处理并发症 ,术中需做好应变准备 ,减少并发症 。

Objective To explore the therapeutic methods and effects of foreign bodies in children airway.Methods 2255 emergency cases of foreign body from Jan.1976 to Dec.2001 have been reviewed,especially the operative procedure.Results 2250cases foreign body were removed through direct laryngoscope or/and tracheoscope successfully;five cases were died. Conclusions Operators should mastery the anatomise of trachea and bronchus.Accurate preoperative judgement and management is most impotant to reduce the complication and motality .
