精密微型螺钉冷成形缺陷的产生与消除

摘要 对精密微型螺钉冷成形的主要缺陷——裂纹和折迭的产生,进行了金属学分析、材料流动的有限元模拟和试验研究。从理论上探索折迭产生的原因,并对预成形工艺进行了改进,得到可以消除折迭缺陷的模具和工艺设计。 The defects have been analyzed in cold forming of miniature Fastener.The primary material defects in cold forming, such as fracture and folding, have been analyzed via metallurgical, finite element simulation and experimental trails.The causes of material folding have been explored in theory .The preforming of screw first punch has been proposed and the new design of tooling and process to eliminate material folding have been obtained.The generic new preforming punch has been proposed.The generic conclusion for the occurrence and elimination of material folding has been gained.
