对变长线齿轮减速器系列化中的关键技术及核心问题进行了详细的分析和阐述 ,指出了由渐开线直齿圆柱齿轮减速器改变为变长线齿轮减速器时齿数比、模数、幅长和螺旋角等参数之间的关系及主要参数的选择和确定方法 ,为变长线齿轮减速器的设计和生产制定了科学的工业标准并提供了实验依据。

In this paper, the anthor analyses and expounds the key technology of the dual-involute gear reducer systematizing, and gave the relations between ratio of number of teeth, moduler, amplitude length and helical angle during turning involute rectiteeth gear reducer into dual-involute gear reducer. It can be used as an experiment references for design and manufacturing of dual-involute gear reducer.
