电火花线切割加工中上下异型体轨迹合成的同步线性化 被引量:4

摘要 具有 4轴以上联动功能的线切割机能加工上下异型的直纹曲面 ,等步长的直线逼近法被普遍用来实现上下异型体中对应曲线间的同步线性化 ,这种简易的逼近方法使数控加工代码变得冗长。针对这一问题 ,提出了轨迹合成中的等误差直线逼近法 。 The intricate ruled surface can be machined by WEDM machine tool with at least 4-axis simultaneous control. Programming for ruled surface consists of profile synthesis of the top and bottom profile, linear approximation of corresponding curves and generation of NC codes. The equal-chord linear approximation is often used to approximate the corresponding curves, which causes the NC program much longer, especially for ruled surface with non-circular profile curves. In this paper, an equal-error linear approximation of corresponding curves is proposed, which can reduces the length of NC program significantly.
