摘要
电解加工机床通常是根据用户具体需求单机生产 ,机床研制周期长、设计重复、成本高。为此 ,提出采用开放式控制系统、模块化思想开发可重构电解机床 ,并对机床的机械部分。
Due to low quantity demanded, the machine of Electrochemical Machining(ECM) is usually developed in single production,leading to long production cycle, repetitive design and high cost. In this paper, the concept of reconfiguration is employed to design the ECM system for the shorter development period and lower production cost. The open control system, modularization movement unit and communication system are studied. As a result, 1~3-axle ECM machine can be reconfigured according to user requirements in a short lead-time.
