摘要 基于组件对象模型(COM)技术对冲压零件的特征分类、特征定义和特征识别技术进行了研究,提出了从级进模冲压零件几何模型中识别、匹配形状特征,对特征信息进行处理并提取特征参数的技术构架和实施方法.用COM和特征识别技术实现了对轿车冲裁弯曲级进冲压件进行弯曲特征识别展开、毛坯排样几何特征图形的识别以及进行各类排样方式下的毛坯优化排样.实例研究结果表明:在SolidWorks开发平台上应用COM技术编程可以较好地对冲压产品进行特征设计和特征识别,其关键技术的实现为级进模KBE(KnowledgeBasedEngineering)系统的研究开发提供了更为灵活、简便和实用的技术方法. The technology of feature classification, feature definition and feature recognition was studied for punch products, and the technology methods of feature recognition, matching, dealing with feature and extracting the feature parameters from the geometry model of progressive die parts were put forward based on component object model (COM) technology. By means of COM programming, the bending and plane geometry feature recognition of blank layout for the car punch parts were completed in blank layout optimization. The research results show that the feature designing and recognition in punch product can be realized in SolidWorks API, and this key technology can offer an effective and simple means in development of knowledge-based engineering system for progressive die.
