摘要
利用有限元软件LS-Dyna3D研究了盒形件的整体压边圈和分块压边圈分别在恒压边力、变压边力(随凸模行程和压边圈位置变化)情况下的盒形件拉深成形性能.模拟结果表明,变压边力控制技术可以显著改善盒形件成形性能,增加盒形件拉深深度.
The finite-element code LS-dyna3D was used to simulate the process of box deep drawing. The effects and impacts on the formability of the single-piece blank-holder and segmented blank-holder applied different blank-holder force trajectory were investigated. The numerical simulation result indicates that the variable blank-holder force can improve the formability of box deep drawing.
