摘要
分析了船体中矩形板残余应力的筛降,得到了在受拉和受压情况下筛降水平的计算公式,并用有限元程序验证了公式的有效性.分析了残余应力筛降后板的平均应力-平均应变关系,采用两种方法分别得到了板的平均应力-平均应变关系的表达式,有限元法计算结果表明,方法2比方法1更合理.
Shake down effect was studied and the formula to calculate the level of the shake down effect was developed. The process of shake down was simulated with FEM program and the effectiveness of the formula was justified. The influence of the shake down on the curve of average stress-average strain was studied. The formula for the average stress-average strain curve of plates with the shake down of residual stress was derived with two different methods. The curve was also generated with FEA. The result of FEA shows that the method which considers the two parts with the residual tensile stress and residual compress stress respectively is more reasonable.
