摘要
以羽衣甘蓝的花蕾、腋芽、花茎、花丝为外植体 ,进行愈伤组织或不定芽的诱导试验 ,研究了不同外植体、不同激素浓度配比对羽衣甘蓝离体培养的影响 ,筛选出了最佳诱导分化、继代增殖和生根培养基。结果表明 :以MS +BA4mg·L -1 +NAA0.1mg·L-1 诱导成苗率最高 ,芽苗健壮 ;芽在继代培养中以MS +BA2 +NAA0.02mg·L-1 增殖率最高 ;在生根阶段以1/2MS +NAA0.4mg·L-1生根效果最好 ,生根率可达100 %。
Kale cultrue in vitro with flower buds,axillary buds,pedicels and filaments was made to induce calli and adventitious buds.Different explants and concentrations of hormone were involved.The result indicated that the optimum medium for induction was MS+BA4mg·L -1 (the following units are the same)+NAA0.1mg·L -1 ,for proliferation was MS+BA2+NAA0.02mg·L -1 ,and for rooting was1/2MS+NAA0.4mg·L -1 .The rooting rates reached100%.
