摘要
对延边黄牛体外受精卵进行了毒性实验,结果表明,延边黄牛体外受精桑椹胚在0.5M海藻糖(7.6%)和0.5M蔗糖(3.2%)溶液中的存活率差异不显著,早期囊胚在0.5M海藻糖(58.3%)溶液中的存活率显著高于0.5M蔗糖(34.5%)组,在同一处理内早期囊胚的存活率显著高于桑椹胚(P<0.05).以0.5M海藻糖为基础液,分别用0.0(对照组),2.0,2.5,3.0,3.5M甘油处理延边黄牛体外受精早期囊胚,其存活率对照组与不同浓度甘油组之间差异均不显著.
The poisonous esperirnerts were operated on Yanbian cattles' zygotes fentilized in vitro.The result indicacled that the survival rate of the zygotes morulas in vitro had no significant differente cultured in 0.5 M mycoie (7.6%)edution and in 0.5 M saccharu solution.
