摘要
针对某电厂凝汽器铜管发生的腐蚀现象,通过试验研究结果表明:循环水中的氨和S2-影响HSn70-1A试样的耐蚀性;BTA对HSn70-1A铜管的缓蚀效果好;在试验水质条件下,BFe30-1-1白铜管比HSn70-1A黄铜管更耐腐蚀;干湿交替会加剧铜合金的腐蚀,并建议做好凝汽器铜管的停用保护工作。
Based on the tests and investigations of corrosion phenomena in condensers of a power plant, the following facts are found: ammonia in circulating water and S^(2-) affect the rotproofness of HSn70-1A specimen; BTA has better inhibition effect on HSn70-1A brass tubes; in the condition of test water quality, BFe30-1-1 cupronickel alloy tubes have better rotproofness than HSn70-1A brass tubes; and dry and wet alteration will accelerate corrosion of copper alloy. The authors suggest paying great attention to preservation work for copper tubes in condenser during outage.
