简述了2002-12-11河北省南部电网发生的一起邯郸热电厂及220kV来马站全停的电网事故及处理过程,重点分析了事故中暴露出的问题以及应采取的防范措施,对如何加快事故处理速度和减小事故损失提出了建议。
An accident causing complete shutdown of Handan Power Plant and 220 kV Laima Substation occurred on December 11, 2002. This paper briefly describes the accident and treatment process. It also analyzes the problems revealed in the accident and the prevention measures should be taken. Proposals for accelerating accident clearance and reducing losses are suggested.
