摘要 叙述了几种在高温测量领域常用的基于光电检测技术和图像处理技术的非接触式高温测量方法,对它们的原理和测量方法进行了分析、比较。基于辐射原理的非接触测量方法,技术成熟、简单方便、抗干扰能力好;光谱诊断技术测温法有具有:高的时间空间分辨率以及高光谱分辨率;干涉法测温能实时反映燃烧温度场的动态变化过程,经图像处理后能得到精确的高温温度场。这些方法不但不受酸、碱等环境约束,还能实时、准确地进行温度场测量,很有发展前途。 This paper introduces some common non-contact high temperature measurement methods, which based on photoelectricity technology and image processing technology are radioactive temperature measurement, laser interferometric temperature measurement, spectroscopy diagnosis temperature measurement. Their theories and methods are compared, analyzed and indicated their character. Non-contact measuring method which based on radioactive theory, is simple, mature, convenient and good at anti-jamming. Spectroscopy diagnosis technology is good at differentiating time, interspace and spectrum. Based on laser interferometry, non-contact temperature measurement can reflect dynamic change of burning temperature field real time. After images are processed, the accurate temperature field is got too. Based on photoelectric detecting technology and image processing technology, non-contact high temperature measurement is not only free from acid and alkali environment restriction, but also accurately measure temperature field timely. With good future, non-contact high temperature measurement is widely used in industrial manufacture.
