铑(Ⅲ)与5-NO_2-PADAT配合物催化氢波及其应用 被引量:1

摘要 在pH4.5的HAc—NaAc缓冲介质中,铑(Ⅲ)与5-(5-NO2-2-吡啶偶氮)-2,4-二氨基甲苯(简称5-NO2-PADAT)生成稳定的紫红色配合物,并在适量的HClO4底液中于-1.03 V(vs SCE)处产生灵敏的催化波,据此建立了一种催化极谱法测定痕量铑的新方法。测定铑的线性范围为4.0~130 ng/L,检出限为1.4 ng/L。 A new method for the determination of rhodium based on the catalytic polarography of the stable rhodium-5-(5-nitro-2-pyridylazo)-2,4-diaminotoluene(5-NO2-PADAT) complex has been developed. Rhodium first reacts with 5-NO2-PADAT to form a stable complex in acetic acid-sodium acetate buffer solution of pH 4. 5 and then a polarogram was recorded in an appropriate amount of perchloric acid solution. The properties of the catalytic wave have been thoroughly studied. It was found that this wave is the catalytic hydrogen wave of Rh-5-NO2-PADAT complex. The mechanism of the catalytic wave was proposed and verified by further polaro-graphic experiment. The detection limit and linear range of rhodium(Ⅲ) are 1. 4 ng/L and 4. 0-130 ng/L,respectively. This catalytic polarographic method has been applied to the determination of rhodium in mineral and catalysts with satisfactory results.
