摘要
以长寿花为材料,研究细胞分裂素BA和生长素NAA对带腋芽茎段和茎尖的增殖及IBA、NAA对幼苗生根的影响。试验结果表明,当茎尖和带腋芽茎段在MS+BA0.4mg L+NAA0.1mg L的培养基中培养,有利于芽增殖、分化,其繁殖系数可达5.8;而在培养基1 2MS+IBA0.4mg L中培养,有利于长寿花幼苗生根。
The propagation of shoot-tip and stem with auxillary bud of Kalanchoe blossfeldian,which were used as explants,was studied in MS medium supplemented with BA and NAA. Auxin NAA combined with IBA could promote the growth of roots.The results indicated that monthly propagation coefficient of Kalanchoe blossfeldian could reach 5.8.It was advantageous to the differentiation of the bud when shoot-tip and stem with auxillary bud were cultured in MS medium supplemented with 0.4mg/L BA and 0.2mg/L NAA.The best medium for the growth of root was 1/2MS+IBA 0.4mg/L,which was suitable to not only rooting but also making plantlets strong.
