丁香属紫丁香叶挥发油成分的研究 被引量:17

摘要 采用气相色谱-质谱-计算机联用技术,分析了紫丁香叶中的挥发性成分,共分离出90种化合物,经与标准图谱比较,检索出25种化学成分,含量较高的成分为2-甲基-1,4-戊二烯、苯乙醇和乙烯基苯,相对百分含量分别为29.29%、2.38%、1.86%。 The chemical constituents of volatile oil from leaf of Syringa oblata L. were analy zed.by GC-MS-Computer technology.About 90 compounds in all were found,among them 25 compounds were identified with the computer standard spectra. Three constituents showed relatively higher quantity: 2-methyl-1,4-pentadiene, phenethanol and vinyl benzene,whose relative quantity was 29.29%,2.38% and 1.86%,respectively.
