摘要
利用广义Kloostermann和估计、特征和估计及其解析方法研究Dirichlet L-函数的二次加权均值,得到一个较为精确的二次加权均值分布的渐近公式。
The main purpose is to use the classical estimation of Kloostermann sum, estimation of the character sum and the analytic method for studying the second power mean of Dirichiet L-functions with the weight of genernal Kloostermann sums,and for giving an interesting second power mean value asymptotic formula.
