西施舌胚胎发育生物学零点温度和有效积温的初步研究 被引量:11

摘要 以实验观察结合数量统计方法,研究西施舌受精卵发育的生物学零点温度和有效积温。结果表明:西施舌受精卵发育的生物学零点温度为15.4℃;受精卵发育至直线铰合幼虫的有效积温(时度)为201℃ h,受精卵发育至初期稚贝的有效积温(日度)为110℃ d。 The biological zero temperature and effective accumulated temperature in which the Coelomactra antiquata zygotes grow into early young were studied.The result showed that the biology zero temperature in which the Coelomactra antiquata zygotes would grow was 15.4℃ and the effective accumulated temperature in which the zygotes would grow into straight-line hinge larvae was 201℃/h,the effective accumulated temperature in which the zygotes would grow into early young was 110℃/d.
