植物源蔬果农药残留洗涤剂的研究

STUDY ON THE DETERGENT FROM PLANT SOURCES OF PESTICIDE RESIDUES IN VEGETABLES AND FRUITS

从多种植物源材料中筛选出几种表面活性物质,经多元复配制成植物源洗涤剂,研究对蔬菜、果品表面残留农药的清除效果。结果表明:植物源洗涤剂对蔬菜、水果表面残留农药的清除率高达80％以上,比清水冲洗效果高20%-40%;用植物源洗涤剂清洗后,蔬菜、水果表面的大肠杆菌等细菌数显著减少,而且对人和环境无害。

Selecting from many materials from plant sources, a detergent was developed, cleaning result of peseicide residues on the surface of vegetables and fruits was studied. The result was as follow: it can clean out more than 80% pesticide residues on the surface of vegetables and fruits, 20%-50% heighter than water cleaning, it can kill many kinds of pathogenic microbes. It is safety to people and environment.
