摘要
利用不同浓度多效唑和矮壮素及相应的加钙处理厚皮甜瓜(伊丽莎白)幼苗,研究了2种植物生长延缓剂对厚皮甜瓜生长发育和抗病性的影响。结果表明:药剂处理可以改善植株的生长发育状况,提高产品品质,降低枯萎病发病率。幼苗枯萎病降低20%~100%,定植后植株枯萎病发病率也有不同程度降低,其中以10mg/kg多效唑添加钙处理效果最好;适当的药剂处理可以增加单位面积产量,其中50mg/kg矮壮素、150mg/kg矮壮素添加钙和10mg/kg多效唑处理增产效果均显著。
Seedlings of Elizabeth melon were treated with PP_(333), CCC, PP_(333) + Ca and CCC + Ca . The results showed that the treatment might improve yield, quality and agricultural characters of plant, and reduced infection rate of blight. Infection rate of seedling blight decreased by 20% ~100%. Infection rate of plant blight with the treatment of applying I0 rng/kg PP_(333) was the lowest. By spraying 50 mg/kg CCC, and 150 mg/kg CCC + Ca or PP_(333), the effect of yield increase was most obvious.
