灯台树茎次生维管组织的解剖研究

Anatomical Study on the Secondary Vascular Tissue of Stem of Bothrocaryum controversum

采用石蜡切片法对灯台树(Bothrocaryum controversum)茎的次生维管组织结构进行了解剖学研究。结果表明:其木材为散孔材,生长轮明显,导管具梯状穿孔板,横闩数18枚,呈平行或自中部分叉的二叉状,木射线多异型Ⅱ,木薄壁组织星散薄壁型,较少傍管。

The secondary vascular tissue in the stem of Cornus Controversa Hemsl was studied. The resuits showed that the structure of wood was diffuse-porous wood, the growth ring of which was obvious. There was scalariform performtion plate in the end wall of the vessel. The number of bar latch was 18 which was parallel or dichotomous branching from the middle part. Most xylem rays were helergeneous Ⅱ , xylem parenchyma was diffuse parenchyma and was rarely partracheal parenchyma.
