摘要
根据运动控制和电机控制的功能和特性 ,本文为数字电机控制设计了带有微处理器的芯片。微处理器采用两个机器周期完成一条指令、与 M5 1系列兼容 8位微处理器 ;在数字电机控制模块 ( PWM模块 )中 ,设计了包括 :产生控制数字电机的 PWM电路 ,控制避免上下路同时导通的死区发生电路 ,用于反馈电机转子的位置和速度信息的捕获单元 ;通讯口设计了 SPI(串行同步通讯 )、SCI(串行异步通讯 ) ;A/ D、D/ A转换器 ;设计了一套统一安排的中断系统 ;8位与 1 6位的内核与外设转换模块。
In term of the feature of motor control and move control,we designed a MCU chip for digital motor control.The microprocessor with executing an instruction in two machine cycles is compatible with M51 system microprocessor.The digital motor-controlled circuits include the PWM circuit for controlling the digital motor,the dead baud circuit for not turning on bath up-bridge transistor and down-bridge transistor at same time,the capture circuit for getting the signal of position and velocity of motor's rotor.The communications include SPI and SCI.others,A/D,D/A converter,an integrated interrupt system,the converter between 8 bits with 16 bits.
