火力发电工业要实现可持续发展,必须实施清洁生产,将清洁生产的思想和理念运用到火电生产中去,也就是以最小的环境影响和资源能源利用,按最佳的管理模式达到最优化的经济增长水平,最终实现经济的可持续发展目标,为此,对燃煤发电厂如何开展清洁生产,提出实施技术与途径,从而取得更好的社会效益和经济效益,促进人类社会文明发展。

Clean production, in its context, is to achieve optimal economic growth and to realize sustainable economic development by optimal management mode and a minimum of both environmental impact and resource consumption. It is essential to the sustainable development of thermal power industry. In this paper, the techniques and means for launching clean production in coal-fired power plants are presented.
