我国水泥电杆的发展趋势 被引量:11

摘要 我国生产水泥电杆有近80年的历史,前40年水泥电杆得到了快速发展,但在近40年出现了下滑的趋势。制约我国水泥电杆发展的主要因素有:基础工业水平低、输电线路等级低、公路和运输工具落后、人们的思想观念陈旧等。改革开放20多年来,基础工业如水泥和钢铁工业的快速发展,超高压输电线路如110kV,220kV和500kV输电线路的普及,公路等级的提高和超长运输车辆的出现,以及人们的观念意识的转变等等,为水泥电杆的发展提供了契机。按照目前的发展趋势,我国的水泥电杆将会朝着超长度、高强度和装饰型两个方向发展。超长高强水泥电杆不仅很大程度上消除了现有的水泥电杆在长度和强度上的不足,而且与钢结构铁塔和输电钢管杆相比具有寿命长、维护费用和造价低等优点;装饰型水泥电杆能对周围环境起到装饰美化的作用。 With a history of about 80 years, China's cement electric poles witnessed rapid development in the first 40 years, but showed a tendency of decline thereafter, which was mainly due to the low-level basic industry and transmission lines, backward highways and transport facilities and outmoded mentality of people. Since the launch of China's reform and opening 20-odd years ago, the rapid development of basic industry such as cement and steel sectors, the popularization of 110 kV, 220 kV and 500 kV EHV transmission lines, the improvement of highways, the emergence of lengthy haulage vehicles, and the change in people's mentality, etc. have all presented the cement pole sector with great development opportunities. According to present tendency, China's cement electric poles will be developed towards lengthy, strong and decorative types. The decorative cement pole can beautify the ambience, while the lengthy and high-strength type not only considerably eliminates the defects of current products in length and strength, but also features longer service life and lower construction and maintenance costs as compared with steel towers and steel-tube poles.
