浅谈电厂常见风机进气箱的改型

通过分析进气箱的作用,提出电厂一些常见风机进气箱(主要包括离心通风机和轴流式通风机)存在着效率不高的问题。同时,结合国内外的研究成果,总结出设计或改型进气箱时应该注意的原则和方法,为改造现有电厂风机的进气箱形状从而提高其运行效率指出了一个方向。

This paper puts it forward that low efficiency of inlet boxes of some often-used fans, mainly including centrifugal fans and axial flow fans, lies in power plants through analyzing the functions of inlet boxes. Combined with research achievements at home and abroad, principles and ways are summarized for optimizing the geometry of inlet boxes, thus improving their internal flow field and the efficiency.
