摘要
通过分析湛江发电厂1号、2号锅炉再热蒸汽系统的结构、运行工况和弯头的端部结构,判断锅炉再热器集箱连接管弯头缝纹的性质是热疲劳断裂,是由于管的局部应变集中和壁温差大造成的,据此,提出相应的防止措施。
With the analysis of the structure, operation conditions and the bend end structure of the reheat steam system for Unit 1 and Unit 2 boilers in Zhanjiang Power Plant, the fissures on the connecting pipe bends of reheater header are identified as heat fatigue cracks resulting from concentrated local strain and great temperature differences on the tubes. Precautions are presented accordingly.
