Simultaneous determination of Yazhoukang capsule with double wavelength

目的 :不经分离同时测定牙周康胶囊中甲硝唑和芬布芬两组分的含量。方法 :双波长法。结果 :牙周康胶囊中甲硝唑和芬布芬两组分的平均回收率及相对标准偏差分别为 10 0 .75 % ,0 .78% ;10 0 .34% ,0 .5 9%。结论 :该法简便 ,快速 ,结果可靠 。

Objective: Without any separation, simultaneous determinition of two main components metronidazolum and fenbufen in the Yazhoukang capsules.Methods: Double wavelength was used. Result:The average recycle rate and RSD of metronidazolum were 100.75% and 0.78;and those of fenbufen were 100.34% and 0.59.Conclusion: This methods is simple , rapid without separation and the results are satisfactory.
