互联网的作为一种新兴媒体,一方面使企业在危机中面临的环境更加复杂,另一方面也以其独特优势成为企业进行危机管理的强大武器。在危机防范阶段,企业可以利用互联网进行监控;在危机处理阶段,企业可以利用互联网与利益各方更加有效地进行交流和沟通。互联网在企业危机管理方面的运用是大有潜力的。
As a burgeoning medium, internet makes the condition more complex, but also it becomes a powerful weapon when enterprises carries out crisis management. We can use the tools of internet to realize precaution against unfavorable information of our enterprise, and carry out valuable communication with people involved in the crisis. In a word, there is great potentiality of internet application to enterprise crisis management.
