利用外资改组安徽国有企业的对策研究

Research on the policy of restructuring state-owned enterprises of Anhui province by using foreign capital

随着我国加入WTO,外资进入中国的步伐大大加快,外资进入中国的方式正在由以新建三资企业为主向并购本地企业为主转变,在这种新的形势下,国有经济比例较高的安徽省抢抓机遇,以国有大企业为主体,加大招商引资力度,加快外资改组国有企业步伐,对于调整经济结构,深化国有企业改革,提高经济竞争力具有十分重要的意义。本文结合安徽实际,提出了外资改组国有企业的基本思路和工作重点,分析了改组工作中应该注意解决的问题,在此基础上,提出了有关建议。

With China's entry into WTO, foreign capital flowing to China accelerates. The foreign investment made in China has been changing from establishing new foreign invested enterprises to acquiring and merging local enterprises. Under such new situation, Anhui province, with high State-owned proportion of its economy, catches the opportunity to speed up restructuring state-owned enterprises by attracting foreign capital with the stress on large state-owned enterprises, which is very important to read justing economic structure, deepening reform of state-owned enterprises, and enhancing the economic competitiveness. From the reality of Anhui province, the thesis proposes the basic idea and key points on restructuring state-owned enterprises by using foreign capital, and analyzes the problems which should be paid attention to in the restructuring. On the basis of above, it gives some proposals.
