Correlative images of seismic activities and Xinjiang strong earthquakes

对新疆1970～2002年的地震资料根据不同范围不同震级进行全时空扫描,认为新疆台网监测能力较好地区在绝大多数6级以上地震前,地震活动关联图较为清晰。提出了预警地震的概念,认为预警地震在短临预报方面有一定的前景。

By the whole spatial-temporal scanning with different magnitudes of seismic catalogue from 1970 to 2002 in different regions, we think Xinjiang Seismographic Network has good monitoring capacity, so we got clear correlative images of seismic activities before most earthquakes with M ≥6.0.So the concept of early-warning earthquake is put forward, and we think that it is a certain foreground for early-warning earthquakes to be applied to short-term and impending prediction.
