摘要
加拿大的失业保险是由联邦政府统一在全国实施的强制性社会保障制度,作为加拿大社会保障制度的核心内容,受到加拿大政府的格外重视,1996年加拿大对1971年的《失业保险法》重新修订后,改为《就业保险法》,反映了政府由单一的收入支持转向收入支持和鼓励就业双管齐下的立法意图,体现了目前世界失业保险制度改革的趋势。对加拿大《就业保险法》的了解,可以为我国建立和完善失业保险法律制度提供有益的借鉴。
Canadian unemployment Insurance is a national compulsory and core social insurance system . Unemployment Insurance Act(1971) was amended to Employment Insurance Act in 1996,which is reputed a important change in response to contemporary world reform from pure income benefit to encouragement both employment and income Benefits. Use the experience of Canadian Employment Insurance Act for reference is helpful to our country.
