This system makes use of the VC^(++) the language program the procedure, and Access establish the database. Every kind of information towards in-use car proceeds to monitor with manage. This system can examine the information of various covariances, and find out the pollutant in order to put the regulation from the inside, and enhance the monitoring and manage of in-use vehicles.
