微波辐射法制备活性二氧化锡并催化合成乙酰水杨酸 被引量:5

摘要 利用微波辐射处理五水四氯化锡溶胶制备出活性二氧化锡,小试研究活性二氧化锡催化合成乙酰水杨酸.并研究了酯化反应的优化条件,结果表明:微波辐射法制备的二氧化锡呈现出较高的催化活性和选择性,其催化合成乙酰水杨酸产率比以浓硫酸为催化剂的产率高,也明显高于一般普通二氧化锡催化产率;活性二氧化锡催化酯化反应的最佳时间为45min,最佳温度为85℃,乙酸酐与水杨酸的最佳物质的量比为2:1.活性二氧化锡催化剂安全无毒,克服了浓硫酸的强腐蚀性、强氧化性、难于与产品分离、对环境污染大等诸多缺点,因此,活性二氧化锡可望成为一种较好的能取代液体浓硫酸并对环境友好固体酸催化剂. Activity stannic dioxide can be made by microwave irradiating on stannic chloride with five water moleculars,activity stannic dioxide was used as catalyst for the synthesis of aspirin instead of concentrated acid sulfate.The result shows that activity stannic dioxide can be used as catalyst for the synthesis of aspirin;the yield of aspirin is related to reaction time,temperature with activity tin dioxide,though,the yield is higher with activity stannic dioxide catalyst than concentrated acid sulfate is used as catalyst of aspirin.Activity tin dioxide is not such a catalyst of strong oxidation,strong etching,pollution to environment as concentrated acid sulfate,thus,it is expected that activity tin dioxidecan become a good catalyst for the synthesis of aspirin.
