摘要
采用Ｃ１ｑ—ＥｌＬＳＡ法对５１例丙型肝炎（丙肝）患者循环免疫复合物进行了检测，在３４例病人中检出循环免疫复合物（ＣＩＣ）；同时，我们还对丙肝患者免疫球蛋白和补体Ｃ３进行了检测，结果显示丙肝患者ＩｇＧ、ＩｇＭ、ＩｇＡ较正常人升高，而补体Ｃ３下降。
Circulatingimmunecomplex(CIC)weredetectedbymeansofC1q-ELISAin51patientsoftype-Chepatitis,with34casesdetectedwithCIC.TheimmuneglobulinaandtheC3complementwerealsodetected.TheresultsshowthatthelevelofIgG,IgAandIgMinpatientsoftype-Chepatitisishigherthaninthehealthy,butthelevelofC3complementislower.ThisstudyimdicatedCICmaybeplaycertainroleinpathogenesisofhepatitisC.
