Through analysis of Shaanxi' s level of regional economy, bath ' One Line Two Zone' and superiority resource were put forward and its feasibility was inquired into. Adopting advanced technology and development manufacturing and processing are inevitable choose in Guanzhong. On condition that environmental protecting and sustained economical development it is important exploiting natural resource and expanding chemistry industry in north of Shaanxi.
