应用心理学是研究心理学应用的原理、技术和运用三位一体的心理学学科。本文从这一角度对运动心理学的内涵和学科体系进行了重新阐释,认为运动心理学是运动心理学原理、技术、实际运用三位一体的心理学学科体系,运动心理技术是该体系的关键,并对运动心理技术体系作了进一步的探索。

Applied psychology is a subject which studies the theory, technique and application of psychology. This article made a new explanation of connotation and subject system from this angle, and drew the conclusion that sports psychology is a three-in-one subject, that is, the combination of theory, technique and practice of sports psychology. The technique of sports psychology is the most important part among them. This article also made further discussion on the technique system of sports psychology.
