摘要
通过对我国高等体育专业培养社会体育指导员的必要性与可行性的分析,提出了高等体育专业培养社会体育指导员的模式,并对培养过程中遇到的问题提出了相应的对策。
Based on analysis of the necessity and possibility of training the social P.E. instructors by the P.E. major of college, this paper created a suitable training mode. Besides, suggestions and countermeasures are put forward to the problem of training the mass sports instructors by the P.E. major of college.
