试析大学高水平运动队的走向

Developing Trend of High-Level Sports Teams in Universities

通过对我国大学高水平运动队培养模式、训练体制、管理机制进行调查分析后认为:大学高水平运动队的项目设置要与《奥运争光计划》接轨;尽快完善"小学—中学—大学"高水平竞技人才的培养模式;制定切实有效的管理办法;开发大学生联赛,将大学高水平运动队引入市场。

By analyzing the investigation result of the current situation of the training mode, the training system,and the administration of the high-level sports teams in universites, the author concludes that corrdinating the project organization of high-level sports team in universites with the Competing-in-Honor-of-Olympic-Games programm,consummating the 'Primary School-Secondary-College' training mode as soon as possible, and making out an effective system are the necessary conditions to develop high-level competitive athelets. And, it is imperative to direct the high level sports team to market.
