摘要
利用离体培养技术 ,通过胁迫影响 ,可定向选择一些所期望的抗逆特性。本文对近年来报道的各种明确目的性的细胞变异体的筛选 ,主要是各种抗性细胞变异体 ,如抗盐、抗旱、抗低温。
The expeted adversity-resistance of plant cell can be selected by the tissue culture in viro under certain stress factors. This paper mainly analysed and reviewed the selection and application of all kinds of directively selected cell variants reported in recent years. Particularly, the focus of this paper was put on the cell variants which resist certain stress such as salt, drought, low temperature and disease. The variants resistant to amino acids and their anlogues were also within this scope.
