Unternehmerethos" of Chinese Enterprisers for Three Generations and Its Influence on Chinese Enterprises

华人企业的非凡成就让世人瞩目并成为研究焦点。在华人企业家伦理构成因素中,中华传统文化具有不可替代的作用。通过分析,发现中华传统文化对三代华人企业家伦理的影响呈递减趋势。伦理构成的不同,致使三代华人企业家在管理企业时展现出了不同的经营理念,由此给华人企业带来了不同的影响及变化。

The uncommon success of Chinese enterprises overseas made common people fix eyes on and became focus of study. Among factors making up 'Untemehmerethos , namely, entrepreneurial ethics of Chinese enterprisers overseas, the role of Chinese traditional culture could not be substituted. By analysing, we found that the influence of Chinese traditional culture on 'Untemehmerethos' of each generation of Chinese enterprisers tends to decrease progressively. Difference in ethic constitution enables Chinese enterprisers of three generation to reveal different ideas in managing enterprises, which brings about different influences and changes on Chinese enterprises therefrom.
