摘要
认识旅游景点经营的基本特点和问题是旅游景点成功开展营销工作的前提条件。在着重指出景点经营所具有的高固定成本和需求波动性特点的基础上,分析了由此所带来的问题及其对景点营销工作的影响,并就景点经营中应当关注的重点工作做了简要探讨。
To recognize basic characteristic and problem of managing a scenic spot with tourist attraction is the precondition for successful marketing. Aiming at high fixed cost and seasonal fluctuation of tourist demand as two basic charactercstics, the author analyses problem caused by them and their effect on marketing; and discusses briefly the focus of work to which much attention should be devoted in managing the scenic spot.
