Some Flaws in Reference of CAJ-CD Norms and Its Perfection

《中国学术期刊(光盘版)检索与评价数据规范》有关参考文献著录的规定存着:文献类型及其标识太笼统,转引文献无章可循,专著页码可任选,未规定重复引用同一文献的标注方式,无视翻译者的著作权等缺陷,应作具体的修订,使之更加完善。

With regard to the Chinese Academic Journal Retrieval and Evaluation Data Norms(CD-ROM version), the author finds some flaws in the provisions for describing the references. These flaws include: very general in type of documents and their marks; no rule and regulation to be followed for quoting a document from a secondary source; optionol in page number of mono-graphical work; no provision about the way of marking the rapeatedly quoting the same document; and disregard the copyright of translator, etc. For enabling the norms even more perfect, specific suggestions are made on its revision.
