摘要
研究了不同浓度抗生素青霉素、农用链霉素、头孢霉素混合使用对脱毒马铃薯扦插苗成活率的影响。结果表明,三种抗生素均以浓度50 mg/L混合使用为扦插处理的最佳组合,成活率最高,生根最好,长势最强。
The effect of penicillin, streptomycin, cefotaxine on the survival percentage of transplanted virus - free potato was studied in this paper. The result showed that the best combination was each antiboics concentration was 50 mg/L. In this condition , the survival percentage is highest and root growth is best . The plant is also most vigorous .
