摘要
小杂粮营养丰富 ,极具产业化开发潜力 ,且具有生育期短、适应性强、生产力稳定等特点 ,在当前西部农业种植结构调整中具有不可替代的作用。随着我国加入WTO和人民膳食结构的改变 ,小杂粮生产必将在国民经济中占有愈来愈重要的战略地位。生产规模小 ,生产力低下 ,科研滞后 ,加工工艺落后是目前制约小杂粮生产可持续发展的主要因素。据此 ,提出以区域生产、规模发展、优先发展科学技术 ,大力促进产业化开发为主的措施和对策。
Depending on the special feature of higher nutrients an d medical values, a wide-range of use and a short period of growth, along with the entry into the WTO and economical development and change of food co mposition of people, minor food crops will play more and more important role in agriculture of western area of China. It is little-scale production, low product ivity forces, backward scientific research and less developed processing technol ogy that restricted sustainable development of minor food crops.According to t his situation, the countermeasures including regional production, large-scale d evelopment, giving priority to improving science and technology and devoting maj or efforts to developing industrialization are put forward.
