ABA、IAA对旱作水稻叶片气孔的调节作用 被引量:35

Effects of ABA and IAA on the Behavior of Stomata of Rice Crop Cultivated in Aerobic Soil Condition

摘要 采用土培方法研究了淹水和旱作条件下的水稻体内ABA和IAA对水稻叶片气孔行为的动态变化。SAS分析表明 ,在淹水条件下 ,水稻叶气孔阻抗主要是与相对湿度、IAA含量和叶片温度显著相关。偏回归分析结果表明 ,影响淹水条件下水稻叶气孔阻抗的主要因素为相对湿度和IAA含量 ,回归系数分别为 0 .0 2 7和 0 .0 0 0 16,而旱作条件下水稻叶气孔阻抗则主要是由温度、IAA和ABA决定 ,回归系数分别为 0 .0 745、0 .0 0 0 3和 -0 .0 0 0 9。利用外源不同IAA、ABA比例的混合液处理水稻叶片 ,发现其对水稻叶片的气孔开闭具有效的调控作用 。 Previous results showed that almost the same grain yi el d of rice could be obtained in aerobic cultivation as in waterlogged only if the practice of water and nutrient was properly made and more than 100% of water co uld be saved in aerobic cultivation of rice compared with in waterlogged. Rice c ultivation, thus, in aerobic soil condition is becoming a very effective and pra cticable way in water saving agriculture. Pot experiments were carried out to st udy the effects of ABA and IAA on the behavior of stomata of rice crop cultivate d both in aerobic and waterlogged soil conditions. The results obtained were as follows. The stomata resistance (SR) to gas conduction of rice cultivated in wat erlogged soil was remarkably related to relative-humidity (RH), IAA and tempera ture. And from the regression analysis the main factors affecting SR in leaves o f rice grown in waterlogged condition were RH and IAA with the regression coeffi cient of 0.027 and 0.00016, respectively, while SR in leaves of rice grown in ae r obic soil was mainly affected by temperature (T), IAA and ABA with regression co efficient of 0.0745, 0.0003 and -0.0009, respectively. Treated with the cocktail s of ABA and IAA in different ratios, the stoma was co-controlled by these two hormones, thus improving the photosynthesis of rice crop.
