摘要
采用土培试验方法 ,研究生长素在烤烟库源关系改变时对根系吸钾的影响机制。结果表明 ,与常规措施(打顶 )相比 ,生长素处理促进了根系的发育 ,增加了根的重量 ,提高了根系活力 ,增强了根系的代谢能力。同时能提高根系ATP的含量 ,为根系吸收养分提供充分的能量保证。生长素还能提高根系线粒体Na K ATP酶活性 ,促进钾的跨膜主动吸收。试验中发现生长素能提高根系核酸的含量。试验还证明 ,中部叶成熟后 。
A study on K absorption of roots was conducted by ad di ng auxin using pot cultures when the relationship of sink and source was changed . Adding auxin to the terminal meristem of flue-cured tobacco, as compared with common practice, could stimulate the development of root system, increase the r oot weight and promote root activity and improve the metabolic capacity. Meanwhi le, adding auxin could provide enough energy for absorbing nutrients for roots b y increasing the amount of ATP. Adding auxin was conducive to active absorption of crossing-membrane for K and K accumulation in tobacco plant by increasing th e activity of mitocondrial Na-K-ATP. The results also showed that auxin could raise the amount of root RNA. However, the effect of auxin on those indexes decr eased with the time of adding auxin after the middle leaf maturity.
