摘要
介绍了一种用嵌入式步进电机卡开发数控铣床控制系统的方法。该系统采用高性能的3轴脉冲型伺服电机控制卡实现控制,因此具有自动化程度高、工作可靠性好等特点。首先对系统的硬件组成及原理做了简单的叙述,并对步进电机卡在软件上如何实现控制进行了详细的介绍。
The article introduces an approach based on 3 axis stepping control board of developing digital milling machine control system, which adopts high-performance 3 axis stepping control board. Therefore , it characterizes high-automation and reliability and so on.The hardware configuration and principle are presented briefly,and the control method of the step motor card in software is elaborated in this paper.
