中等发达农村地区职业教育促进农业现代化研究——以鄂中荆门市为个案

Study on how to improve rural modernization by vocational education in the medium-sized developed rural area——Exemplifying as Hubei province, Jingmen City

农业现代化离不开农村职业教育,农村职业教育是发展高效农业,实现新时期农村经济可持续发展的重要保证。从湖北省荆门市农村职业教育促进农业现代化发展的经验出发,通过问卷调查与实证分析,发现在观念、资金投入、师资结构以及农民素质等方面存在不足,为此,提出相应对策。

Rural modernization can′t leave vocational education . Vocational education in rural area is the important assurance of realizing sustainable development of rural economy in new period. This paper shows the experience of how to improves rural modernization by vocational education, then through the investigation of questionnaire analyzs in example, and finds there are some insufficiencies on idea, fund inputting, structure of levels of teachers and peasants′ quality and so on. And this paper will propose corresponding countermeasures.
