The notion of the political civilization of socialism is the inevitable product of the reform and the new stage of the construction of our socialism modernization, the necessity of the social practice under the leadership of our Party as well as the important issue that we are facing. This paper explores and discusses the significance and the function of strengthening the construction of our political civilization of socialism in such aspects as the construction of socialized modernization, the advantages and characteristics of the democratic politics of socialism, the overall development of human beings and the modernization issues of our Party as an authorized Party.
