摘要
在市民社会的观念史上,黑格尔把市民社会理解为以劳动和市场为核心的“需要的体系”及其满足方式,具有“划时代的作用”。在批判性考察中,马克思摒弃了黑格尔“泛神论的逻辑神秘主义”,继承、深化了其历史主义方法和内容,并揭示了一切政治解放的历史限度,富有原创性地提出了超越市民社会的人类解放新课题,初步形成历史唯物主义的理论轮廓。人类解放是马克思走出市民社会泥淖的一种新的政治选择。
In the history of the concept of civil society, Hegel regarded the civil society as 'a system of need' based on labor and market and its satisfaction mode, and viewed it 'epoch-making'. In his critical observation, Marx denied Hegel's 'pantheistic logic mysticism', revealed the genuine relationship between the civil society and the state, inherited and reinforced Hegel' s methodology of historicity and contents, disclosed the historical limitations of political liberation, and then put forward the new subject on humankind liberation for transcendence of the civil society, and formed the theoretical framework of his historical materialism. The liberation of the human beings is a new political choice for Marx to get out of the dilemma of the civil society.
